I love the AFK features lunar has where it drops FPS when minecraft is not in focus. I think a good addition to this would be a "AFK Action", like auto text actions, when Minecraft is minimized (or whenever lunar detects you are AFK) an action happens such as: running a chat command, messaging in chat, disconnecting from the server, or something else!
