armor cosmetics

add custom armor cosmetics
there should be custom arts, colors, gradients or anything that variates armor from the vanilla one. maybe make it animated.
by this i dont mean suits redesign, i mean to not change armor size, properties, kinda like texture packs, but add more functionality like animations, effects and other stuff to it
