Vulkan Support

I think you guys should make a vulkan module for users who want both versatility (Lunar Client) and speed (Vulkan) P.S if it wasn't obvious of course keep the vanilla and sodium module, vulkan should be an option is all I'm saying

minecraft is adding vulkan so lunar has to add support for it anyway and adding support for vulkanmod was already suggested many times

if you search for vulkan in the suggestions channel you get 19 results... and the search doesnt even show all of them because the very old messages probably get cleared

Both for native Minecraft vulkan support and for Vulkanmod on older versions
