Hi Lunar Client Team!
I really think Lunar Client should add Forge support because it would make playing with my friends way better. Even though Lunar already has great built-in features for multiplayer, adding Forge support would give us way more flexibility and options when it comes to how we play together.
I also personally want Forge support because there are a lot of my favorite mods that I’d love to use, but they’re currently unsupported on Lunar Client. Being able to add those mods would make my experience way more enjoyable.
If Forge support was built into Lunar, I could just load up the client, add whatever mods I need, and play with my friends instantly (I would give them the modpack that I got from CurseForge with all the mods I want to add). It would make everything feel more fun, especially since Forge has so many cool mods that change and improve the game.
Also, a lot of people like using mods, not just for multiplayer but for improving the game overall. Right now, you kind of have to choose between Lunar’s performance and Forge mods, which sucks. If Lunar had Forge support, it would literally be the best of both worlds.
I feel like this would bring more players to Lunar too, because people who play modded Minecraft wouldn’t have to switch clients anymore. It would just make Lunar way more complete and better for everyone.
Overall, adding Forge support would make the game more fun and enjoyable, especially when it comes to playing with friends using mods.
