Hosted Worlds Plugins

So Hosted Worlds is a great feature I'll give you that. A suggestion to make it better is to add the ability of inputing plugins. See a hosted world is good but it just makes it vanilla. If we were to add plugins, it give us the ability to create SMPs with customized plugins right in the hosted world.
