option to set launcher to close when minecraft closes + toggle sprint key bind fix

• add an option in the launcher to make lunar launcher to also close along with minecraft when you exit minecraft.
  so it doesnt pop up in your face every time you quit minecraft, and have to click exist on the launcher aswell.
  because that is very simple feature and it is a pain without it.

• make the togglesprint mod that when the toggle key bind is turned on, make that clicking ctrl (sprint button) to not disable the toggle key bind off.
  make the toggle sprint keybind to always make you auto sprint regardless you hold ctrl or not.
  because right now, when the auto sprint is toggled via the key bind, the auto sprint stops working as soon as you click ctrl (manual sprint button).
  and to make the auto sprint work again, you have to click the toggle auto sprint button to disable it and click it again to enable it. only then it starts working again.
  that is so painful.
  make the toggle sprint to always work until you click the togglesprint button again and turn it off
  (basically make it like badlion).
