open mod menu from where you left + option to set mod menu to open straight up

• make the mod menu to open from where you last left. so that way players dont need to type the mod name again that they were configuring its settings to their liking.
  (basically make it like how in badlion that is)

• add an option to set the mod menu key bind to straight open the mods section without having to click on the mods button with your mouse, after you clicked your mod menu key bind.
