Update all UIs within the Game

Make the UI-Design uniform again by updating old UIs (e.g. the mods UI or the title menu screen). The lack of consistency makes the client look less premium (at least imo), the most extreme example being the mods and settings tab having the old design but the waypoints tab having the new one
