Cannot change install location for each version anymore

Hello, there used to be a setting where you could make a seperate .minecraft folder for different versions/modpacks so that they don't overlap and erase settings. However I looked today and it seems that after the UI update, there is no longer an option to move your installation. Is this a mistake, and if not, why would you remove this very useful feature
