I purchased a pet cosmetic from the Lunar Client store, but I’ve come to regret that decision. I believe it would be reasonable for refunds or trade-in options to be available, especially since users often spend a significant amount of money on cosmetics.
Adding a system that allows players to exchange or refund items—such as capes or pets—would give users more flexibility and confidence when making purchases. For example, if someone no longer likes a cosmetic, they could trade it for another instead of having to buy a completely new one.
Overall, implementing refund or trade-in options could improve user satisfaction, build trust within the community, and positively impact Lunar Client’s reputation and reviews.👍
