Idea/Reason:
Sometimes, when there are a lot of dropped items, it can be hard to see what else is happening on the ground. By being able to downscale ALL dropped items, this issue gets fixed.
Clarifications
- This is different from the UHC Overlay, which only allows you to enlarge one item at a time.
- External mods for this don't work because they collide with Ichor
- 2D Items doesn't help with this; it's still hard to see
