this Is In no way a hate post toward lunar or anyone
One day I randomly decided to buy the "Duck Hands" cosmetic and all was well because I was able to wear them with most hats + shoes, I purchased the cosmetic because It matched my outfit and ended up winning #📸︱fit-check. Following the August winnings there was an update by Lunar around September or October that rolled out and made the cosmetic COMPLETELY unwearable with any hats or shoes.
I made a report shortly after finding this using #📩︱create-ticket regarding this new Issue that was created caused by the update, I was told by staff that It Is being looked Into but Its going on 6 months since the Initial report. I was also told by Admins that It was as easy as going Into the cosmetic and enabling them (not totally sure If that's accurate, just going off what I was told.)
The reason for the rant Is because I've been testing cosmetics on my own for a while now and reported around 15-20 unique cosmetics total with their own Issues, the first one I found while testing was around 1.5 to 2 years ago and not even that one has been fixed.
I understand not all cosmetics are compatible with each other but It doesn’t seem like Its the case, there Is a cosmetic called “Bunny hands” which you can wear hats and shoes yet they both have similar, If not the exact same model.
My suggestion would to be more active In fixing cosmetics, It sucks for players like myself that constantly dump money then feeling like you get brushed off when you report things. @vital pilot 😅
