Toggleable preloaded mods

Allow users to choose not to load fabric with the preloaded mods (e.g. Sodium, Iris).
I personally have been having an issue of multiple different versions of the same mod being installed after launch, causing unnecessary clutter and crashes.

Just disable sodium for now, don’t try to delete them

That works, but having an option to disable the bundled mods entirely is more convenient, without creating unnecessary clutter

I am aware, I'm just pointing out the fact some people would rather have an option to disable it entirely rather than having it 'fixed'

We’re aware this is confusing right now

It should be improved in the next launcher update
