Fov effect

when u have fov mod and
fov effect do something that u can also set it to 0.6 or 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 not only to 0.5 1.5 2.0 2.5 bcs i think it whoud be better and look better bcs some ppl dont like deafult fov and 0.5 is too small
