Walking Pets

When I think of Lunar client pets, I think of creatures that can fly around you like dragons and pets that are planets with really cool AFK animations. With this being said, it’s so hard for me to go to the Lunar store, see a pet that sits on an ugly platform on your shoulder and think it looks cool.

That’s where I think this idea would be amazing — Walking pets. I know for a fact that there are many people like me that wish they could get a Lunar pet of a dog that looks like their dog IRL. If these dogs could walk next to your player and roam a small range around you, they would be the best pets ever added to the Lunar client store.

With the release of this, they should add a section to the lunar store called “Dogs and Cats” and all of the pets featured will be dogs and cats that can walk around your player on the GROUND. None of that ugly platform on the shoulder kind of thing. In this shop section, there can be all sorts of different breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. I own several different dogs of different breeds and I know I would be buying every single one of them on the Lunar store.

I’m hoping the Lunar staff team won’t take offense to me calling the current dog pets ugly because of the fact they sit on your shoulder on this strange platform. The fact of the matter is I’ve only ever seen a platform shoulder pet being used ONCE in game and it was during the early days of lunar pets where the ugly platform thing was the only option if you wanted a pet. Nowadays, nobody likes it and all the pets you see people using are the ones that float beside you and NOT the ugly platform shoulder pets.

Please Lunar, consider this idea. I am telling you this would make so many people like myself happy and it’s a HUGE missed opportunity.

i think this is really cool but judging how most players have to answer each others questions and fix each others problems, and i dont mean to demotivate you but you are not getting this thing and i support this a lot but im just telling u this now.

the support on this server is pretty horrible.. i see mutliple mods and support staff online but answering nobodies question ands its lowk just pissing me off

It truly does, their only job is to support but they really aren’t for the most part. I see randoms solving the problems way more frequently than any staff. They either take too long or simply never respond.

#📋︱community-support, as the name suggests, is for community support. it's not mandatory for staff/chatmods to respond to questions over there, they do moderation and other stuff
agents on the other hand, do support on the support website. a link can be found at #📩︱create-ticket
lunar has moved on from discord support since years ago, as it's not really efficient considering the userbase
aside from all of that, the management of suggestions has nothing to do with support

Yup, EXACTLY my point. People want pets in game to follow them around that look like their own pets in real life. I have several dogs of different breeds and would love to have them all in game.

Yes they should. They should do this on release of this addition. They shouldn’t release this then slowly release new dog and cat breeds. At least have like 6-8 each ready when it’s added.

I agree. So many people have been wanting this. The only usable pets on lunar right now are the flying/floating ones. The dogs and cats are so bad.. any pet that goes on your shoulder is terrible.
