Add Fixed Scroll

When u install a mod, it auto scroll back to the top which is annoying example: i wanted to download two mods which i have scrolled down saw them so when i installed one of them it goes back up and i have to do the scrolling again. Make it like when u download a mod it wont gonna take u back to the top
