Support role for community support

Add a role that people can apply for to help people in #📋︱community-support because somethimes theres no one online to help or add a tickets channel for support for the people that have the support role so members open a ticket and the support people will read it

a lot of dms are just people trying to scam or try to hack them with malware links

or just make a ticket system for the people with the support sole

so members can open a ticket if they need support help

and a support member will read it
