Item Size mod (Badlion one)

So pretty much this mod is very useful as it's very fun to customize where your item appears. Making the held item smaller is so much more sexier than a huge item covering 25% of the screen.
It's the same mod from Badlion Client and since you guys own badlion client, it shouldn't be impossible to implement it.
