add discord capture option to Rewind

Having an option to record discord audio would helpful to divide the tracks of audio from each other.
Ik system audio records everything but its meshed up with in game audio too.

If you want to record audio from other sources as well, I would recommend using OBS to record. If you're using Rewind for third person shots, you can always sync up your audio from OBS to your Rewind recordings, and just mute the Rewind rercordings.

Just use OBS, its free, and is probably the best recording/streaming software out there.
