Currently its only possible to see the whole Effect name and Level or nothing !
Therefore there should be a toggle to not see the Name (since you already see the icon so you know which effect is which) and only the Lvl.

This would fit perfectly as shown in screenshot #1 between the Icon and the name or at the bottom left of the Icon and would be great.
