For this to work you need a mod Like Cubes without Borders, which lets you play MC in Borderless Fullscreen. Or You can enable it in LC in The Lunar Mod Menu, where you can see the option in the settings tab at the top but IDK I had some problems with it in the past.
(DC Overlay won't work in Windowed or Fullscreen)
(On PC)
Launch Lunar Minecraft. When Minecraft is Launched, go into Discord, Open the Settings, scroll all the way down to Registered Games. Click on the little Arrow and pick Minecraft from the List of Apps. Wait a bit and it should load.
