Lazy chunk rendering

This whole time I didn't know this was enabled and I was so confused why chunks weren't loading in even after I upgraded my pc, I understand this is kind of my fault, but I am suggesting its maybe more accessible / dynamically preset depending on the user's pc's specs maybe u could use a way to determine if a user has a good pc or no and if its good enough its disabled by default. This dynamic preset could also be a suggestion for other mods ig, so yh . Sorry if I explained wrongly then let me know ill try again
