It would be better, and more likable to players if the cosmetics given from the advent calendar to be permanent. This is the whole point of an advent calendar, to give exclusive for free forever, not just lend them for a few days.

I am writing this to share some honest feedback regarding the current Advent Calendar. I want to clarify that this message strictly complies with the suggestion guidelines and server rules, as it is a piece of constructive criticism presented with respect and aimed at improving the relationship between the staff and the community.
As players who support and enjoy Lunar Client, we value the technical effort behind the client. However, we believe that the system of temporary cosmetics does not reflect true appreciation for the community's loyalty.
A gift that disappears after a few days does not feel like a reward; it feels like a technical trial or ADVERTISING. We players value a small but permanent detail (such as a badge or a simple accessory) much more than a flashy item that will be taken away shortly after.
Many users log in every day with the hope of completing the calendar. Making that progress ephemeral leads to disappointment when players realize they are receiving "crumbs" rather than something meaningful.
We want to feel valued as part of a community, not just as consumers. Acts of genuine generosity (permanent items) usually result in a more loyal community that is more willing to support the project in the long run.
My message to other players:
If you agree that events should leave a permanent mark in our inventory as a reward for our loyalty, I invite you to support this suggestion respectfully and share your opinion on the matter.
I hope the staff receives this for what it is and does not delete the post without providing a response to their users. Thank you.
