Change the way "Kill Sounds" work.

so currently the way the mod works is that it listens for kill messages in the chat, but since most servers have custom kill messages, the mod won't work on most servers. some servers even have silent kill messages. so it won't perfectly work.

make it that it listens for kills(not chat messages), idk if that is possible or not, but if it is, i'd love to see that implemented
