Some players request like 10 gifts, giving them a higher chance to get one gift. But because of this, some players might get multiple gifts, while others get none. If we could only request one gift at a time, maybe even with a cooldown, the chance of everyone getting at least one gift would be higher. And everyone would focus on what item they really want the most. :)
