There is a feature in a mod called Mega Walls Enhanced (MWE) that displays the damge dealt to a person after hitting them with a projectile. The number is displayed somwhere on the screen. I'm aware that many server arleady send a chat message telling you the damage but having ths option to display it anywhere you want is way better and it would be ideal to have an option to turn it on.
