Cloth Cloaks Without Lunar+

so, im not saying give Cloth Cloaks to everyone for free, but give it to everyone who atleast buys a cape or a cosmetic from the shop, since i dont want to spend every month money, you should do it so if you spend over 20$ on the store at once, you get cloth cloaks, since i like cloth cloaks, and im planning on getting lunar+ but it would be cool to not have to pay each month
