Viewmodel and Hotbar Height

Viewmodel --> Allows you to change player hand/offhand item distance from screen, rotation, Size and ofc disable it for servers that doesnt allow it. Hotbar Mod or Height ---> Allows you to change the size, Height of the hotbar just like the mod "Raised" ITS COOL! PLEASE ADD IT ASAP

i mean sure but its a feather client feature and its really cool if i use it for survival

maybe not for all people but i would use it alot
