Notify players when being gifted cosmetics in launcher and ingame

add a notification when players receive gifted cosmetics, rather than them just appearing "quietly" in their inventory. imagine the gifting system just like in fortnite for example, when you launch the game you get greeted with a bigahh gift box on your screen waiting to be opened
