Lunar Client is regarded as having some of if not the best capes amongst the clients, when purchasing Lunar+ you can give these capes a more realistic movement however it's extremly limited. Other outside mods like the popularly used Wavey Capes mod have toggle-able settings within the mod to edit the physics in a various ways. I wouldn't normally suggest it but because the cape physic mods are incompatible with Lunar, adding more customization to the cloth cloaks benefit of having Lunar+ is a somewhat easier way to improve one of the client's best features.
