Freecam on singleplayer

So i know that freecam is banned in some servers but is there a way that the devs could make a freecam exclusive to singleplayer worlds and disable it when the player enters a public server?

If you are playing survival on fabric, you can use tweakroo mod
It has freecam

Maybe you can use it in multiplayer but it disable it itself when its bannable
(Sry my english is not that good because i'm german XD)

It is not impossible.
If there is already a mod that does that, then why even bother adding it? they already have a simple mod adding thing.
and people will discover some bugss that make it work on multiplayer
