We're currently working on what we believe to be a fix for these issues.

Could you please send your installation ID?

To obtain your Installation ID, you can click the Lunar Client dropdown at the top left of your launcher then select About Lunar Client, from there you can copy your Installation ID at the right.

Awesome! Could you please switch your launcher stream to beta-ow.

To change the launcher stream, navigate to the top left corner of your screen and click on Lunar Client. Next you should see a dropdown appear, click on Switch Stream.

That's really strange. I've tested it with two other people and it has fixed the issue. Not entirely sure why it's not working for you

Yep, I've put a fix onto the beta branch that has normally worked for most people

Very interesting, yeah not sure why my fix didn't work but glad using a VPN helped

my ssd broke and i had to reinstall the windows, doing that meant i had to log into like a bunch of services using the same mail

too much traffic mightve flagged it and just got on from there
