Badlion blur not being one to one on clients

I really wanna switch back to Lunar but v3 is not exactly the same as badlion's blur. I dont know why but also increasing the levels dont even make any difference when switching from 6 to 8(idk abt lower levels). But on badlion when i swutch from %60 to %80 there is a huge difference.

I dont think Badlion blur is fully implemented right. It really doesn't feel the same. I tested this on 3 different computers as well. And we tested it as 2 people as well and yeah they are not the same.
