add an option to disable the resource pack features offered by Lunar client

I feel like thats whats causing freezes when I open the pack folder, right? when I do ANYTHING freeze... this is the one reason I dont use Lunar anymore

lunar shouldnt add any resource packs by default, try moving everything from the folder somewhere else to see if it still happens with no resource packs
if it works then its either one of the resource packs you added or you have too many resource packs for lunars pack preview to load and you can disable pack preview in lunar settings
and if it still freezes create a ticket in #📩︱create-ticket
