I just feel like the new fog ruins builds and I have looked everywhere to find a way to get rid of it and there just isn't.

its possible to disable fog with lunars fog mod or sodium extra

yes but I mean the really misty fog that was added in 1.21.5 i think

the 1.21.5 fog can also be disabled with sodium extra and i havent tested if lunars fog mod can disable it
