This new waypoint menu is a lot smaller than the other one and shows a lot less waypoints, plus added a stupid confirmation for removing waypoints.
My suggestion is to allow us to adjust the size of the menu and the amount of waypoints it displays, and allow us to toggle whether there is a confirmation on deleting waypoints or not.

You can already change the size of the Navigator UI by either changing your GUI scale or expanding it to take up the whole screen with the maximize button in the top right

Okay but then making a option to toggle exactly how many would still be cool, and also the second thing

One thing that I think should be added to waypoint menu is the ability to toggle view of folders instead of having to go through each waypoint and disable view for each one
