Make dates, times and colour theme use the system preference and if possible, local date/times using date or luxon.
This proposal helps alleviate the confusing date format which most people aren't used to. Not everyone defaults to american mm/dd/yy format and AM/PM
Colour theme is just a personal preference as the white colour is harsh on people's eyes.
