Support for arm windows devices

As arm is new tech it expands greatly in the future(also rumored will get windows 12) the only ones I know to be arm windows supported launchers is Prism launcher only, so if lunar expands to arm before any other launcher does it will be a great achievement and may get a huge boost in users
