Add hotkeys to toggle specific lunar mods or the ability to favorite lunar mods

I have been using a Lunar mod and I keep toggling it but it is a pain to search for the mod every time. Lunar Client should add a way to favorite mods in the mod menu so that they come up first, or add a way to set a hotkey to toggle your mods.
