Add custom fps recording

So i suggest that there should be a option to select in the rewind mod that what fps i want to record on and i want to fix rewind's recording choppyness problem

so im also a problem that my rewinds look so choppy , they used to look good before but now they are so choppy and it just ruins the shadow clip like this clip

and i cant render using mp4 because whenever i render my project using mp4 the output file isnt there , there is just the output.log file

I thought it lets yo edit in up to 240 fps? Were you lagging when you recorded it?

um no my pov was completely smooth

but the videos are so choppy now

it just ruins it

the issue still persists

the clips are still choppy

this didnt happen when rewind was first released

it worked very well for the first couple days

and now its glitched

Can you send the Rewind file where that issue happens? Like I said the issue should be fixed on new recordings
