Feature: Add Lubecki

As a native speaker of lubecki, I would like to personally volunteer to translate the whole game for my people. Our language is a dialect of German mixed with Sorbian with a historical backstory. For example, we often use gherkins as a form of currency as they're critical to our ethnic identity.
