i have mods but i want to remove the but i don't no how to.

You can look at your mods in the launcher.
Go to the version, click on the 2 gears icon (to the left of the Launch Game button), and you will see a list of your mods there.
To uninstall, find the mod and click on the 3 dots and click uninstall mod.
