Add compatibility between Color Saturation and Motion Blur mods.

I use the Color Saturation mod like many users, but Motion Blur is not compatible with the mod. I have looked for support for this in various ways to use these mods at the same time in a functional way, but I have never received a good answer, which is why I propose the compatibility of these mods.
