being able to change the baground optimizations

i know one that messes with open gl or something like that. the reason why i want this added is because some of those optimizations are just eating my fps at this point like when i play pvp my fps drops down to 1fps every 5 seconds and yes i have tried setting my minecraft at the lowest settings. this doesnt happen anywhere else
