add a crouch height option

when i tried bedwars on 1.21.8 because hypixel added block hitting, a big issue I found was that bridging is still really weird with how crouching works on modern versions, so I had an idea of making a mod that makes you able to change the view of how far down your POV goes like back to 1.8

there is a fabric mod that adds 1.7/1.8 animations to newer versions and it probably includes that

honestly id lvoe it to be built in but ill look for that 👍

idk with block hitting being in 1.21.8 on hypixel and more servers using it, I think it'd be a really useful addon
