Fix mod menu mod button

At the moment in the vanilla launcher and most other clients the mod menu button shows up in the pause screen if you have it installed you should add support in lunar

[still pulsar]

in some versions the mod menu button is visible but on other versions you can just use the keybind option to open the fabric mod menu
