Add Mod/Texture Hotswapping 🔥

You have to restart the Game every time u want to add a mod and i am not spaking about the Lunar mods i am talking about modrinth mods same for texture packs. Dont know if it would work adding new mods whilest playing but it would work with texture packs. Pls add if possible
