Add Item size mod for skyblock or casual players.

The item size mod is a well known feature in the modded Hypixel Skyblock community, as it allows players to further customize their game and reduces the size of your items as well as their swinging speed.

I do understand that this feature is present within the implemented Hypixel Skyblock modpack thanks to the Skyblocker mod, but having it as a 1.8.9 module will allow players to use it in gamemodes such as bedwars.

Badlion Client also comes with this mod.

I hope this feature gets implemented soon, as it will help more than just a few players.
