small change to "highlighted name color" in Chat Mod

make it so when you enable highlighted name color, you can chose to highlight your name that appears every time you type

In the picture it highlights my name Pot6 to gold, make it so that it doesnt do this and only highlights my name whne someone types it out, also make it so you can toggle upper and lowercase because typing pot6 for me doesnt make it gold.

if you play on hypixel you can enable this feature instead of the lunar chat highlight, it will make your username yellow only when someone mentions you and also play a ping sound. this can be toggled in /settings on hypixel
