Add render distance increase/decrease keybinds

the vanilla f3 + f and f3 + f + shift which increased RD by 1 and respectively decreased it by 1 got removed in 1.19 , and i miss it since , you can still get that keybind with betterf3 mod but it would be much more convenient to have it as a lunar feature until minecraft decides to add it again
